All products presented on the website are available. It may happen that a product you want is out of stock for a specific seize.Only seize which are in stock are presented.

How do I use my promo code and voucher?

In order to use a promo code, type it in”promo code” while on the order checkout page, then click OK.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Right now, you can place an order from: France, Europe, America, Asia, French Overseas territories.

Costs and delays of shipping.

Deliveries of orders are processed under 24h (working days).

24h Express delivery starts at €2.99 for Mainland France and is free when the orders over 60€. For other countries, delivery costs are variables depending of destination.

We are offering deliveries in Europe for all orders over €149.00 and worldwide over any orders over €199,00.

What if the status of my order is still “Shipped” whilst the due delivery schedule is past?

If you have received a defective product or a different product from the one you ordered, we will make a full refund of the article and shipping costs as soon as our warehouse will have confirmed the products status.

How can I stay up to date on the status of my withdrawal?

As soon as your withdrawal is received, you will receive a confirmation email. For an exchange related request, the replacement will be shipped the day after your withdrawal has been received. For a refund request, it’ll be proceeded by the same payment mean within 30 days.

Gift cards are valid for a year starting on the day of purchase.

Thanks to 1-click you won’t have to type in your login/password, shipping informations or banking infos whilst purchasing online.

Can I cancel or modify my purchases?

After having purchased with 1-Click you have a 15 mins time limit (starting at your first purchase) for modifying or canceling a purchase. On your order summary page, you will be able to modify by clicking on + or - . You can also delete an item by clicking on the bean.

Finally, if you wish to cancel all your purchases, you’ll find the button “Cancel all my purchases” at the bottom of your screen. A text message will be sent for confirmation of the cancellation of your purchases.
